You'll run on paths that have connected mountain shrines for over 1,000 years, tackle technical trails through pristine cedar forests, and challenge yourself on peaks that soar nearly 9,000 feet above sea level. Experience the legendary Hakuba Ridge Trail, conquer Mount Karamatsu's dramatic ascent, and follow sections of the famous Ultra-Trail Mount Fuji course through volcanic terrain.

From bustling Tokyo mornings alongside salarymen getting their daily miles to quiet mountain villages where time seems to stand still, you'll discover Japan's incredible diversity on foot.
